Acupressure Point: SPLEEN 9
📍Location: on the inside of the lower leg, in the depression below the medial condyle of the tibia. To find this point, you can slide along the inside of the shin bone until your finger falls into a depression in this area.
✨Routine: this point can feel tender, so massage it with gentle pressure for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Take deep breaths while you press on this point. Notice your digestion settling as you massage this point. Switch legs and repeat.
✨This point treats: stomach pain and bloating, nausea, diarrhea, water retention, period pain, lower back pain, knee pain, yeast infections, urinary incontinence, and genital pain.
