Rachel is also a teacher of Vedic Meditation and was inducted into the Shankaracharya tradition, an ancient branch of knowledge revered in India.
Rachel was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, but has called Colorado home since 2010. She loves nature, meditation, yoga, skiing, hiking and exploring the Colorado Mountains. Rachel’s passion for holistic healing, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Vedic Meditation, started when she battled with chronic fatigue syndrome, migraines, hormonal imbalance, and digestives issues. She received acupuncture, took Chinese herbs, and practiced Vedic Meditation, and saw massive improvements in all of her symptoms. This gave her confidence in the effectiveness of these practices and influenced her to become an acupuncturist, Chinese herbalist, and Vedic Meditation teacher. Her mission is to use her innate healing ability to help people uncover their highest potential and understand what it means to feel well.
