There have been some crazy heat waves lately! These high temperatures can leave us feeling agitated, unmotivated, and burnt out.
This acupressure point can help us feel better on hot summer days, because it clears heat from the body and calms the spirit.
Acupressure Point: HEART 9
📍Location: on the pinky finger, at the bottom inner corner just outside of the fingernail.
✨Routine: massage this point with strong pressure for 1-2 minutes. Take deep breaths while you press on this point. Notice the heat moving from your head to your feet. You may also feel a sense of calm wash over your body. Switch hands and repeat.
✨This point treats: palpitations, overheating, chest pain, agitation, mania, loss of consciousness, fevers, aphasia, and arm/hand pain.
