Liver 3 is one of my favorite acupressure points. It helps the body detox and is an excellent point to massage this time of year as we transition from winter to spring.
📍Location: on the top of the foot, at the depression in front of the meeting point of the big toe and second toe (see photo for reference).
✨Routine: use firm pressure to massage and stimulate this point for 30 seconds to a minute. Take deep breaths while you press on this point. Switch sides and repeat.
✨Liver 3 also treats: stress, PMS, frequent sighing, mood swings, depression, urinary/genital problems, itching, problems involving the head including headaches, and insomnia.
