Summertime Signs of Balance & Imbalance:
In Balance: getting lots of sun and having lots of fun, daily exercise, sweating it out, swimming, eating light, feeling joyful
Out of Balance: hiding inside, feeling shy, not wanting to play, overly serious, overeating, faint hearted
How are you feeling these days? Do you need a little more play and sun and a little less time inside? Maybe some lighter meals of vegetables and fruits and less heavy meals with meats and fats?
Personally, I’m feeling like I could be a bit more balanced. I’m going to seek more sunshine, play, and lighter meals these last few weeks of summer to feel my best.
