Take a moment to read through the different characteristics in the graphic above. See what it means to be in balance and out of balance during the spring.
In Balance: new beginnings, spring cleaning, regular elimination, daily movement, planting a garden, eating leafy greens/sprouts, increased creativity, feeling enthusiastic
Out of Balance: stuck in old patterns/behaviors, having an excess of stuff, feeling congested, feeling lazy, not tending to the weeds, abusing substances, overeating
How are you feeling these days? Do you need to spring clean your house, body, and mind? Do you need to increase your daily movement and start eating lighter? Do you need to find a new outlet for creativity?
Personally, I have felt a bit sluggish lately. I am going to take some time this week to notice what behaviors are holding me back, so that I can feel lighter and embrace the renewal energy of spring.
If you’re feeling out of balance it might be time to come for an acupuncture treatment. You can book an appointment here.
