Take a moment to read through the different characteristics in the graphic above. See what it means to be in balance and out of balance during autumn.
In Balance: letting go of what no longer serves, good communication, studying new things, productive work, caring for one another, feeling clear, quiet walks, more rest
Out of Balance: indecisiveness, feeling confused, overindulging in food and substances, having a hard time communicating, exercising too intensely, feeling fatigued and unmotivated
How are you feeling these days? Do you need to slow down and rest more? Do you need to let something go and embrace change? Maybe have a conversation you’ve been putting off? Are you feeling the call to learn something new?
Personally, I am focusing on slowing down and resting more. It has been a busy season and I’m feeling the call to go inward and enjoy the quiet nature of autumn.
If you’re feeling out of balance it might be time to come for an acupuncture treatment. You can book an appointment here.
