In Balance: letting go of what no longer serves, good communication, studying new things, productive work, caring for one another, feeling clear, quiet walks, more rest
Out of Balance: indecisiveness, feeling confused, overindulging in food and substances, having a hard time communicating, exercising too intensely, feeling fatigued and unmotivated
How are you feeling these days? Do you need to let something go and embrace change? Maybe have a conversation you’ve been putting off? Do you need to slow down with more walks and yoga and less HIIT and spin classes?
Personally, I am working on letting things go and embracing change. I am also focusing on following my intuition so that I can be more decisive. These are my intentions this season to align with autumn and feel my best.
