Dairy-Free Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe (Serves 2):
12 ounces brewed coffee
1 cup heated non-dairy milk
2 TBSP canned pumpkin
1 TBSP maple syrup
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Cinnamon for topping
Directions: add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 1 minute until creamy and frothy. Pour the mixture into a mug, sprinkle with cinnamon, and enjoy!
