Summer Signs of Balance & Imbalance.
Take a moment to read through the different characteristics in the graphic above. See what it means to be in balance and out of balance during the summer.
In Balance: getting lots of sun and having lots of fun, daily exercise, sweating it out, swimming, eating light meals, feeling joyful
Out of Balance: hiding inside, feeling shy, not wanting to play, feeling overly serious, overeating, lacking courage
How are you feeling these days? Do you need a little more play and sun and a little less time inside? Maybe some lighter meals of vegetables and fruits and less heavy meals with meats and fats?
Personally, I have been busier than usual and feel like summer is going by so quickly! My goal is to get outside more, take dips in the creek, and tune into my senses, so that I can enjoy the subtleties of summer.
If you’re feeling out of balance it might be time to come for an acupuncture treatment. You can book an appointment here.
