Chinese Medicine Tips for Spring.
Spring-cleaning isn’t just for our houses! It’s time to clear out the old and make room for the new in our lives. In Chinese Medicine Theory, spring is associated with the liver and gallbladder. Thus, we will feel our best this time of year if we “spring clean” and strengthen these organs.
