Acupressure for Digestive Issues & Menstrual Disorders.
This is one of my favorite acupressure points. It is on the spleen meridian, but it also intersects with the liver and kidney meridians, making it super duper powerful and a 3-for-1 deal.
Point name: SPLEEN 6⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
📍Location: on the inside of the lower leg, four finger widths up from the highest point of the ankle bone, in the depression behind the shin bone. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨Routine: gently massage or hold this point with direct pressure for 1-3 minutes. Take deep breaths while you press on this point and notice a calm energy wash over your body. You can do this routine one side at a time, or you can try to hold both sides at the same time.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨This point treats: abdominal pain and bloating, all digestive disorders, nausea/vomiting, water retention, fatigue, all menstrual disorders, prolonged labor, dizziness, insomnia, night sweats, infertility, and urinary disorders/frequent UTIs.
**Caution: don’t use this acupressure point if you are pregnant.
